Terms of Service

You may use VinylVault to create an account, scan album images, identify records, store catalog information, and manage your personal vinyl collection. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

VinylVault may support email/password sign-in and OAuth providers such as Google. You agree to provide accurate account information and not to access another user's account or collection.

VinylVault may offer Free and Premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing details, payment methods, and cancellation through the billing portal when available.

If a Premium subscription is canceled, past due, or expires, your catalog is not deleted, but Premium-only capacity and scanning features may be limited until you renew or reduce usage below the Free plan limits.

You retain ownership of the album photos, notes, and catalog data you add. You grant VinylVault permission to process that content only as needed to provide the app, including image analysis, metadata lookup, catalog display, and backup or hosting.

Album metadata, marketplace values, cover images, and audio previews may come from third-party services such as Discogs, Google AI services, and Apple Music. VinylVault does not control those services and cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete, accurate, or always available.

Do not use VinylVault to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass authentication, scrape private data, or interfere with other users.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Features that depend on external APIs, such as Discogs data or audio previews, may change if those providers update their services or terms.

Marketplace values shown in VinylVault are informational and may not reflect the actual value or sale price of a record. You should verify pricing independently before buying, selling, or insuring records.

VinylVault is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Al usar VinylVault aceptas utilizar el servicio de forma responsable para registrar y administrar tu coleccion de vinilos. Tu contenido sigue siendo tuyo, pero nos permites procesarlo para operar funciones como analisis de imagen, busqueda de metadata y visualizacion del catalogo. Los pagos Premium se procesan con Stripe. Si una suscripcion termina, no borramos tu catalogo, pero pueden aplicarse limites del plan gratuito. Los datos de terceros pueden cambiar o no estar disponibles.
